And when you're kind, friends feel cared for, and you feel good. Take a moment to think about how you can create a positive effect on someone today. [MUSIC] You got this!

SuperNoodle Champ Story: Cheer To Support

[MUSIC PLAYING] SuperNoodlers, hello. It's a gorgeous day to grow and learn with you. So let's flowerish together. [CHUCKLES] Today, I want to talk to you about recognizing the value of simple or even small gestures of kindness for not only ourselves, but others as well. My champ friends love to support one another, which is often a simple, easy way to be kind. We champs normally gather to support Flash Bolton when he has one of his races. We all sit in the stands and cheer him on together. So when Van Go announced he will be running in his first marathon, we couldn't say yes fast enough to show up and support him. Blooming fact-- did you know the distance of a marathon is 26.2 miles and that the 0.2 miles came from the 1908 London Olympics? The marathon started at Windsor Castle and finished in the White City Stadium in England, which is exactly 26.2 miles apart. We were all so excited to support our creative friend. Flash volunteered his squirrels to hand out water to all the runners. McPufferson artistically made the most beautiful signs and banners for us to wave. They read, "You got this," "Keep going," and "You're my hero." Squeaky Laroo wrote chants for us to cheer him on. Squatchy brought his guitar and amp to play loud, inspiring background music. And I brought snacks so we could keep our energy levels up. We linked all our efforts together to build a chain of support. Just having us in Van Go's area while he was doing something he had never done before and something that wasn't easy for him meant everything to him and to us too. Picture this. We were all waiting for Van Go at mile 22. And then out of nowhere, Van Go appeared among all the other runners. We were so excited when we saw him, and we were cheering for him so loudly. You could tell he was exhausted, but quickly he had the biggest smile spread across his face when he saw us. And oh, yes, he heard us too because we were super loud. As Van Go ran past us, his whole attitude had changed. We had reenergized him. He had a fresh, new spring in his step. He was so much fun supporting our friends. And here's the thing. We were there to support him, but we ended up supporting the other runners too. And we could tell they all really appreciated it as well. Caring goes a long way. Have you ever supported a friend or a family member, like cheering them on when they're being brave or doing something difficult? I bet it felt really good for everyone. So remember, my SuperNoodle friends, kindness always matters, and we should all throw kindness around like it's confetti. And I love confetti. Whee! Well, it's that time again to stretch yourself up tall and wide like the sun. Shine on, friends. [MUSIC PLAYING]

One thing we can do to help us deal with both our own and other people's feelings is to name and recognize them. Let's take a look at some faces and figure out what they're feeling. Come on. It's Facetime. [MUSIC PLAYING] What is this face feeling? Nervous. Make your nervous face. Now, make your whole body nervous. [MUSIC PLAYING] What totally makes you blazer fresh? What is this face feeling? Surprise! Make your surprised face. Oh! Now, make your whole body surprised. Hey! [MUSIC PLAYING] Yeah. What is this face feeling? [MUSIC PLAYING] Sad. Make your sad face. Now, make your whole body sad. [MUSIC PLAYING] What is this face feeling? [MUSIC PLAYING] Silly. Make your silly face. Now make your whole body silly. [MUSIC PLAYING] Let's face it. Y'all face your feelings, and that's what totally makes you blazer fresh. All right.

Paralympian Dan Cnossen talks to McPufferson about competing in the 2022 Winter Paralympics!

Nice to Meet You, Dan Cnossen

[KIDS CHEERING]  GoNoodle goes to the games!  Nice to meet you, Hey, GoNoodle.  McPufferson coming to you from the 2022 Winter Paralympics.  I'm here with Paralympian Dan Cnosson.  Hi, McPufferson.  Hi, GoNoodle.  Dan here.  Thanks for giving me a call while I'm getting  ready for the Paralympics.  Hey, Dan.  Nice to meet you.  Where are you from?  I'm originally from Topeka, Kansas.  Topeka.  Wow!  That's the capital of Kansas.  Tell us about your event.  I compete in Paralympic cross-country skiing  and biathlon.  Mm-hmm.  Cross-country skiing is a sport where the skier skis uphill,  down hills, and around turns as fast as they  can go with the clock ticking.  Biathlon is a sport that combines cross-country skiing  with precision shooting.  So you have to be really, really careful where you aim.  And the skier skis the lap as fast as they can go,  going uphill, downhill, around the turns.  Coming into the shooting range, picks up  the rifle, shoots five shots.  Uh huh.  If one or more shots are missed, an equal amount of penalty laps  are skied, adding to the total time.  Sounds like a lot of work, Dan.  You rock!  See you at the 2022 Paralympic Winter Games. High 5, Champ: Flexibility Level 2

High 5 Champ, Flexibility, Level 2.  Hi, there, friends.  Om here again.  I'm so glad to see you back.  I hope you're ready to stretch those muscles  and bend even more.  Before we begin, remember that healthy bodies eat,  drink, and move.  That means--  Eating from all five food groups every day,  especially fruits and vegetables.  Drinking at least one bottle of water every day.  And moving for 60 minutes or more every day too.  Now are you ready?  Let's go!  Are you ready to get bending and stretching  like an Upward Facing Dog?  This is a yoga pose that I love to do  before I take a long walk through my gratitude garden.  Let's try it together.  Lay down with your belly on the ground.  Push yourself all the way up like  you're trying to see the wall behind you.  We'll do this for 30 seconds.  Take it slow and breathe.   Feel your muscles stretching and relaxing.   Breathe in.  And breathe out.   Feel your body releasing tension but keep  your tummy muscles strong.  That's it.   3, 2, 1.  Relax.  Great work. It's time to work on our leg strength with some awesome seated leg lifts in this Strength level 2 exercise with McPufferson, brought to you by Special Olympics.

High 5, Champ: Strength Level 2

High 5 Champ.  Strength level 2.  Welcome back athletes, McPufferson here again.  It's time for more totally-awesome strength  training with our athlete friends from Special Olympics.  Before we get our muscles pumping,  remember that healthy bodies eat drink and move.  That means eating from all five food groups every day,  especially fruits and vegetables.  Drinking at least one bottle of water every day.  And moving for 60 minutes or more every day, too.  Now, are you ready?  (TOGETHER) Let's go.  Did you know are over 600 muscles in your body?  Pretty awesome, huh?  This time we're kicking it up a notch with seated leg lifts.  First, make sure you are sitting on the ground with one leg  out in front of you and the other hugged to your chest  tight.  Now, slowly raise the leg in front of you as high  as you can, without your bum leaving the ground.  We're going to do this one for 15 seconds on each side.  You ready?  Let's go.  Yeah, that's the way.  I know it's tough, but you can do it.  Remember to breathe as you raise and lower your leg  [MUSIC PLAYING]   You're almost there.  Great work, team.  Now, let's switch legs and go.  Keep it up.  You're doing great.  Raise, lower, raise, that's it.  You got it.  Almost done.  And 3, 2, 1.  Well done.  [CHEERS]  You did it.  You crushed level 2.
